How to Make Quiche

I usually make more of a casserole than a quiche, being too lazy to make a crust. This time I made a crust, and I still haven't mastered that part yet…but the filling was good, so I’ll post that.

1 pie crust
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c shredded cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
Other random cheese you want to use up
Sautéed onion
Cooked veggies you want to use up (I cooked some frozen broccoli)
Meat you want to use up (ham, chicken, etc.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
1)    Make or defrost crust.
2)    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of crust.
3)    Whisk together eggs, milk, and rest of ingredients.
4)    Pour over cheese/crust.
5)    Bake 40-50 minutes or until set.
